Pros: staff is so nice, Surendra is v helpful always smiling and go extra mile to ensure we are comfortable staying there.

Cons: Facility slightly older. There’s some damp smell in the room

Good apartment stay with choice of facilities

Pros: Staff were all very helpful. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Good to have choice of beach clubs. Shop on-site was good to have.

Cons: You had to get a ticket for beach club, you couldn’t just go for a quick swim in the pool.

Pros: Rooms are brilliant, very big and perfectly equiped, breakfast ia good, swimming pool and beach is perfect

Cons: Access to swimming pool and beach ia limited by givin vouchers, Hotel is quite far to walk to any other entertaiment or shops ( taxi needed) Breakfast restaurant quite small before 10 is que to access

Luxurious hotel away from bustling Dubai life

Pros: The rooms were spacious and equipped with kitchenette, lounge area, bathroom with bath and shower. The pool was fantastic and able to walk straight to the beach. Drinks and food around the pool were lovely and a great variety. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make us (especially our toddler) feel welcome. The restaurant at the sister property (envy) is definitely worth a visit. Only a 2 minute walk.

Cons: The pool area gets busy quickly. The pool is shared by the hotel and residents, residents get priority over the better beds and space around the pool. They can become quite rude. Breakfast lacked vegan options but the chef did make me porridge with oat milk.

Pros: The whole staff was very helpful and polite. We had a great time with the breakfast team around Nathaniel and Chef Dinesh. Rooms were clean and we received fresh water everyday. Lalu, Santosh, and the bell man Surendra made us very welcome.

Cons: Sadly, there was a construction site next door, however, they did not work until late at night when Ramadan started. The front door beach has limited capacity per day. We asked a few times for the TV to be repaired - there were only black screens on all channels. It wasn't a big deal for us not being fixed during our stay, but no one informed us about the status and no compensation was offered.

Pros: Room.size, on site beach club (soluna) Friendly staff. Excellent housekeeping. We asked. We got. Risen cafe was perfect to start the day. Amazing coffee and grub.

Cons: Little far out the way on the palm for access in taxis to places like dubai mall (60 min in traffic), global village etc.
