We would definitely visit again for sure.

Pros: location of the hotel was very convenient for commuting, the overall hotel was exceptionally clean at all times (room, restaurants etc.) and staff very accommodating.

Cons: the hotel's breakfast was always very busy in the morning, we would arrive around 10 am every day and buffet would be empty, however, we did have the club lounge option. It would have been nice not to stress in a queue with 3 kids for 20' just to take a sit.

Cons: Food at the pool was average Staff was less friendly than in other hotels in Dubai Odd fragrance in the rooms/halls

Comfortable and luxurious

Pros: Fabulous location near the Burj Khalifa with direct covered access to the Dubai Mall. Very luxurious hotel with good pools and sun loungers where we were really well looked after. Lovely staff. Good breakfast. The most comfortable bed and duvet of our trip. Large room. Good gym facilities.

Cons: Had problems with the TV and air con on check-in around midnight but the engineer did come immediately and made the necessary adjustments quickly.

Location! Service!

Pros: Besides the incredible location, Kempinski The Boulevard was everything I expected it to be an so much more. They went over and beyond to accommodate all my requests from early check in to late check to giving me a room with a perfect view. All the staff were incredibly helpful & knowledgeable about anything I had asked. I will definitely be back again. Amazing service with a smile every moment of my stay. Thank you!

Pros: After staying for three nights at the hotel, I can say that I highly recommend it. The hotel is located right in the center, within walking distance of the Burj Khalifa and connected to Dubai Mall. The rooms are spacious, the bed is very comfortable, housekeeping service is provided several times a day, and we were given the option of late check-out. Highly recommended a wonderful experience.

Pros: The stay overall, the facilities, the room, the breakfast, location,...all are great. Front desk service is amazing, especial shoutout to Muhabat, thank you. Not the first visit and will surely visit again.

Cons: In general, location is excellent, heart of Downtown and connected to Dubai Mall. That said, the access is through Dubai Metro tunnel, expect to walk for a bit.
