Super experience in downtown of Dubai

Pros: Super nice room with an excellent view over Dubai. Polite staff in the club and in the rest of the hotel. The pool on a basement level was fantastic and a water was warm. It is 10 min walk from Dubai Mall.

Pros: We booked a city-view suite and received a huge, beautiful room that truly exceeded our expectations. The room was specially decorated for my husband’s birthday, and we were treated to a lovely cake, which was a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect – right in Downtown, within walking distance to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall (with direct access from inside the hotel to the mall, which is incredibly convenient). The view from the pool is simply breathtaking – you could sit there for hours just enjoying the scenery. The staff throughout the hotel were kind, attentive, and service-oriented. The hotel also offers several excellent restaurants. If you’re planning to stay here, I highly recommend making a dinner reservation at one of them – Amelia or CÉ LA VI. The breakfast was delicious, and the lounge offers a great variety of tasty dishes that can easily replace lunch or even dinner.

Cons: There were a few things that could have been handled better. We stayed for one night and were kindly granted a late check-out at 4:00 PM, which we appreciated. However, the birthday cake that had been delivered to our room remained there until we left, even though I requested housekeeping service. It was disappointing to see it left untouched. There was a very loud noise coming from the air conditioning unit in the bathroom, and in the morning there was a leak from the shower that flooded the bathroom floor. I reported the issue, and to their credit, the team responded quickly – they cleaned, dried the area, and even refreshed the bed linens. Still, the cake was left in the room until our departure, which felt like an oversight. Overall, the hotel has many wonderful qualities – especially the location, the views, and the restaurant options – but a bit more attention to detail would have made the experience truly flawless. For my husband’s birthday, we were told that the room decoration would take some time to prepare, and we were kindly invited to enjoy the pool while they finalized everything. We waited for over an hour and were told we would be updated once the room was ready. However, when we finally entered the room, just a minute later there was a knock on the door and two staff members came in and began decorating the room at that moment. It felt a bit confusing, as we had already waited specifically for it to be ready. What made the situation uncomfortable was that after they finished and we thanked them, they remained standing in the room until we left a Google review, as requested, and provided a tip. That interaction felt awkward and somewhat pressured, which unfortunately took away from what was meant to be a special and celebratory moment.

Pros: This is my third stay at Address Sky View, and it hasn’t changed a bit in the best way possible. It remains one of the best hotels in Dubai. Majestic, elegant, and extremely comfortable, with a perfect location just steps away from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The rooms, service, and overall atmosphere still deliver the same high standard every time. A place that proves consistency is the true mark of luxury. Definitely a hotel I keep coming back to.

Cons: Access can feel a bit overwhelming at times, with traffic and crowds around Dubai Mall and Downtown.
