Fantastic family holiday location and great friendly Staff

Pros: The hotel was fabulous, All of the staff is super friendly and helpful, from check-in to the cleaning team, from restaurant staff to restaurant managers. THe location is great, close to the Metro and Taxis/Ubers are always around. walking distance to the Dubai Mall. The breakfast buffet is amazing and also the different restaurants in the hotel make it easy to eat-in when you don't want to go out. The rooms are very clean and quite sizable, we had a great view to the sea and the Burj Khalifa

Pros: Great breakfast with a lot of options, very friendly staff everywhere, next to a busy road but the noise didn't bother, except when sitting outside in the restaurant on ground floor. Extra benefit is having the shuttle to different locations.

Very happy we chose this hotel for our stay

Pros: Everything I saw, experienced. We even received a welcome juice upon arrival, Alonso on reception was helpful. The gentlemen who took our luggage to the room was friendly and welcoming, from the start to the end the experience was perfect. Breakfast was impressive, so much variety of food from continental, Indian, Asian, English to pastries, lovely venue to have breakfast in.

Cons: We found it a bit difficult to figure out how to close the sink tap, very modern and I guess we are bit old fashioned!
