Overall well

Pros: The hotel is simple but offers everything you need including gym spa and swimming pool. The location is great, only less than 10mins walk from the metro station and the museum of the future.

Cons: The breakfast is plain and needs more variety. The shuttle bus schedule is not very frequent. We went to Kite beach with the hotel shuttle bus on our last day. Despite picking up Novotel guests, the bus also picks up Ibis guests. When there was no enough seats for everyone, they had asked my daughter at 9 years old to sit with a 2 years old baby from other guests. Although this request was rejected by the baby’s family and us, we felt this absurd.

Nice stay at few step from the center

Pros: Nice elegant hotel, close to the city center and with a cool bar area for the day and for the evening.

Cons: We were maybe unlucky that something brocke while we were there, but the water from the shower was leaking through the wall or floor and back up into the bedroom. My feet were always wet as soon as I got out of bed.

Pros: Clean room with enough space and large beds. Most important is that they provide Smoking Rooms which is very important for me

Perfect stay for a family

Pros: Love the room which comes with sofa bed which can turns into 2 single beds. Roomy enough for my family of 2 adults and 3 small kids. Breakfast buffet was delicious, affordable as all kids (below 12) are free. Would definitely come here again next time

Cons: Shuttle bus to Dubai Mall to start as early as in the morning
