Pros: Great location. Easy to get anything to make you stay comfortable. Wonderful staff. Well maintained

Cons: Beach is a bit rocky. Not the most pleasant beach in Dubai. Swim area is a long way from hotel

Pros: Loved it here would have stayed longer if I could have. Wonderful place, lovely staff, excellent facilities. Quiet, clean, beautiful beach and gym - honestly everything you need. Good local shop & mall across the way.

Perfect winter getaway for a couple

Pros: It’s a beautiful hotel, very well maintained, with extremely friendly staff (reception, dining, spa, gym, everywhere you in the hotel you get a smile). Beach and pool right in front of the hotel. There is a small restaurants complex right at the beach by the hotel.

Cons: Nothing not to like.

Wonderful

Pros: We love The Andaz. Perfect location for us. Staff are wonderful as is the hotel.

Cons: The ramp out. This can be very slippery to walk on. I bed apartment we stayed in had a washing machine/dishwasher etc. but no washing up sponges or drying clothes.

A comfortable, family-friendly stay in a great location with excellent service.

Pros: Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. The family apartment was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Great location, directly opposite Palm Jumeirah Mall and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Cons: Nothing in particular – we had a very pleasant stay.

Ideal stop off for us who stayed two nights travelling from Melbourne to Newcastle with a 3 year old. Our daughter espec

Pros: The food was very good, the breakfast especially. Fantastic selection, buffet from around the world and of good quality. The pool was very clean. The staff were very good, plenty of staff helping, cleaning etc. You definitely feel looked after.

Cons: Around the pool was amazing but some of the stone in certain areas around the pool would get dirty and got muddy, only a slight negative but could be better. Also we got an apartment, it was clean and very nice but it would be better if they left a couple of sachets of dish washer or washing up liquid in order to clean our dishes as we got a couple of take out meals and wanted to wash up after but couldn’t.

Pros: All facilities and breakfast was great. Loved the small grocery store on the property. Beach was great but it seems we were in the midst of a sea urchin party so had a few scary moments. The pillows were so good and bed very comfortable.
