Mileo Hotel The Palm

Pros: Our stay at the hotel was excellent overall. The location was absolutely fantastic — really unbeatable and very convenient for everything. A special thank you to Hossain, who took great care of our room. It was spotless every day, and we truly appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was. The gym was also very good — well-equipped and perfect for a proper workout. That said, everything else was truly great, and we had a wonderful stay overall.

Cons: The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. At a 5-star hotel, I usually expect a very wide and abundant selection, and here the choice felt a bit limited compared to other hotels of the same standard.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and they gave us a complimentary upgrade to a suite. Nice rooftop pool with view. Breakfast was very good and not overcrowded. Location is just one street behind West Beach.

Pros: I would like to highlight the kindness of the staff, especially our housekeeping attendants Faysal, Khajista, Prashant. I warmly recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Pros: The hotel is very clean and staff are brilliant. I got poorly while staying there and staff made sure I was cared for and kept checking up on me.

Cons: Nothing I liked everything

Pros: everithing was good: good breakfast, good gym, pool with warm water, good services on the reception.

Cons: sometimes was some issues with light. switched off by them self. but nothign serious.

Pros: Great service. People are really well trained. Especially the service got form simar and Kabir and supervisor Priya and shameem and there manager Asif very great person always ready to help

5 STAR NEW HOTEL!!! Everything feels new!

Pros: This hotel is NEW and everything about hotel is 5 star and more from service to breakfast, room service with the open pool all are excellent, basically a very run hotel in such a short period of (3 months!). Can't wait to return to Dubai and to this hotel, why go anywhere else when this place provides everything! Thanks for lovely stay.

Cons: Breakfast was a bit predictable but still at a high standard

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! Despite our late arrival at 11:00 PM, the airport transfer was organized smoothly. The lobby was clean, with a pleasant scent, and the staff were polite and friendly. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable for a couple, with a fridge and excellent housekeeping — they even neatly folded our clothes. The housekeeper was amazing! Breakfasts were varied and delicious, with the option to eat on the terrace. The pool and sauna were excellent, with stunning views, and the hotel was spotless and well-maintained. Although there is currently no beach at the hotel, there are some great beach clubs nearby. The location is perfect for exploring Palm Jumeirah, and Dubai Marina is about a 1-hour walk (though taking a taxi is recommended). We highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
