Most amazing staff, thank you!!

Pros: Flexibility, the staff were accommodating all my needs so kindly. The pool area is great, restaurants amazing. I had the best coffee on the ground floor..

Cons: My room felt a little cluttered with stuff, curtains didn’t block the light and it wasn’t so quiet (I could hear the traffic and some sounds from the hallway, was on the 12th floor).

Love this hotel!

Pros: Everything - this hotel always delights and exceeds my expectations.

Cons: Bathroom windows need frosting for privacy. Didn't like the bath - always had shower in room previously.

Pros: The location, room and staff (especially Celestin and Milan) who made the stay better. Breakfast was very good

Cons: Slow service at breakfast. Social company for dinner was poor. Broken toilet seat and no chair leg protectors

Pros: Great location, close to Knowledge Park/Media City/Business areas. Clean, lots of greenery, modern designed rooms. Great exercise facilities: gym/pool/padel court. Staff were so helpful. Breakfast great.

Cons: There is some road noise. Not near the beach.

Great food, excellent gym facilities and good service make this a very enjoyable stay.

Pros: Excellent restaurants with very good food, clearly popular with non-hotel guests. The pool area is a highlight with comfortable sunbeds, attentive staff and good service. The gym facilities are very good and include ice baths, which is a big plus. Rooms are reasonably comfortable. Overall a very enjoyable and well-rounded stay.

Great stay overall - we would come back.

Pros: The hotel has a really cool and comfortable modern design. Great pool area (sun only until c. 15:30 but that's a good time to start exploring the city anyway). Great gym. The service and friendliness from reception, housekeeping, gym and pool staff was outstanding. Jennifer from reception very kindly moved us to one of the quietest rooms which added a lot of value to our stay. Vouchers for the beach of another Jumeirah were available for a reasonable price, I suppose based on availability.

Cons: Street noise is unavoidable given location next to the highway, but the price is also considerably lower than a normal Jumeirah.

I like everything

Pros: The staff was very polite and helpful. Mamadou at the reception was especially kind, professional, and solution-oriented. He handled the situation calmly and helped resolve the issue quickly. Overall, the atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming.

Cons: Good hotel with attentive staff. There was some confusion with the room amenities at first, but the reception team handled it professionally. Special thanks to Mamadou for his excellent service and customer care.

Very nice stylish hotel

Pros: Stylish,good service,modern,not so crowded,good location

Cons: Outdoor pool could be heated more during winter.It was ok for swimming but it could be just a bit warmer

Pros: I stayed at this hotel with my family for the New Year holiday, and we had a very pleasant experience. The breakfast in particular was excellent — rich, delicious, and a great way to start the day. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Their warm smiles every morning truly made our days brighter. We would especially like to thank NikhiI Gupta and his housekeeping team, as well as Janith Sir, for their kindness, professionalism, and helpful attitude throughout our stay. They were always supportive and made us feel very comfortable. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would be happy to return again.

Modern and cozy hotel

Pros: Modern and cozy hotel in good, less crowded location, close to The Palm and JBR. Very good breakfast and Lah Lah restaurant, kind and supportive staff.
