Dont Trust Sales representative or the duty manager

Pros: The location was perfect , easy to get around , staff was excellent , the view was perfect

Cons: As always sales people screwed me over , we had agreed to extend my stay , during negotiation she flipped and gave my room to a new guest while trying to check-in again she didnt anything , the duty manager wasn't helpful at all . Dont trust the sales team or the manager for that case, just negotiate right away and finalize it on the spot.

A good stay with family, close by metro to main attractions.

Pros: Big room with bedroom and living room, suitable for family of 4. Kids were sleeping on sofa. A kitchen with fridge, electric stove and oven, kettle and toaster. Plates, mugs, wine glasses, cutlery, useful kitchen utensils Excellent view on see and Palm. Rich breakfast, where everyone can find suitable for his/her taste Metro is literately 2 steps away as well as taxi (no more than 1 minute of time waiting) A small supermarket is 2 steps away and large supermarket 7 mins on foot.

Cons: It was cold in the room, AC cooled for 18 degrees, while there was 23 outside. After our complain a hotel stuff provided a heater which made our stay much comfortable. It would be great to have a microoven. Electric stove works so slowly! In-room dining was very slow and they didn't have a lot of options which I ordered. Luckily, there was a discount applicable. A pool area was a disappointment: next building is under reconstruction which makes a lot of noise. No sun in a pool area together with wind it wasn't very comfortable to sit there. However, a pool itself was heated and water was 30-31 degrees. Also there is a small sauna to warm a body after chilly weather.

Pros: Amazing room & view, very clean and spacious. The staff was very courteous and fulfilled all requests. Location was on point, right besides metro. Highly recommended.

Pros: - location, closer to the metro and you can easily go about Dubai. But taxis are easily available on request. - breakfast - hospitable staff - cleanliness

Cons: - the cleanliness of our kitchen. The window frame could do with a good scrub. But the overall cleanliness of the apartment was great.

Pros: The breakfast was congested, uncoordinated and below expectations. Staff were overwhelmed and unable to provide proper service.
