Pros: Excellent room and location but I did not take breakfast there due to other commitments

Cons: hostilities of the reception staff and there quick action of check in process room size and cleanness

Pros: Fabulous staff and lovely stay, allowed me to check in early on my first day which was a lifesaver, thank you very much!

Overall quite a tired hotel - rooms are not really the standard we expected of Dubai.

Pros: Staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was located a 5 min walk from tram stop - good links to the marina and JBR

Cons: The first room we were allocated was really dirty and run down. We complained and we were moved to another room which was bigger and cleaner but still tired and the only available rooms were smoking so it smelt quite bad.

Short stay

Pros: Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. I arrived early and they arranged a room to be ready quickly for me.

Cons: Location a bit out of the way for me
