Excellent stay can't wait to go back.

Pros: Second stay at this hotel and it was excellent. Had lounge access which is very good. It was my birthday whilst we were there and they left a birthday cake and a bottle of wine in the room for us. All the staff are excellent and would certainly stay there again.

Overall good stay

Pros: Clean, very nice and professional staff, interior and Christmas decorations

Cons: Didn’t get why they changed good toothbrushes every single day. It is harmful to the environment. Most dishes at breakfast are not healthy (fried, fatty etc)

Excellent Service - This is How 5-Star Hotels Should Operate

Pros: Exceptional experience at Grosvenor House! We were upgraded to a larger room at no extra cost - this is true professional hospitality. The service was excellent throughout our stay, with complete transparency and no surprises at checkout. The staff genuinely made us feel valued as guests. After comparing with other Dubai hotels, Grosvenor House sets the gold standard for service and professionalism. Highly recommended and we will definitely return!
