NH Collection Dubai The Palm

Pros: The buffet breakfast had plenty of various options to suit all tastes.

Cons: There was no signage to show which beach area belonged to the hotel. We walked up and down the promenade and could not find it. We told reception they need clear signage. We spoke to other people who had the same issue.

Pros: The staff couldn’t do enough for you, every request was actioned immediately. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel. Everywhere was clean and well maintained.

Cons: The only thing I’d mention is that the hotel advertised a 2 for 3 sunset cocktails deal on the rooftop bar/ pool area every day 4pm-6pm. However the bar started to close at 5:30pm and we were rushed to finish our drinks and leave before 6pm so that the staff could set up the area for dinner.

Pros: Staff are so helpful and hotel room was so nice and spacious

Cons: Pool opening time

A fantastic family hotel on the palm

Pros: The infinity pool was small but the view was great, room were functionnal and confortable. The breakfast was really good quality. Facilities were clean and personnel were all very helpful

Cons: Everything was fantastic. Maybe a lack of space overall in the pool area for transats

Beautiful hotel with rooftop pool

Pros: Staff were fantastic. Roof top pool was fantastic. Food was great. Lovely stay!

Cons: Nothing.

Lovely stay overall

Pros: Beautiful rooftop pool and big bedrooms. Lovely staff, very clean hotel and rooms cleaned daily. The beach is close by and stunning. Delicious breakfast - loads of choice.

Cons: The extra single bed that they put in the livingroom was extremely uncomfortable and the sofa doesn’t pull out into a sofa bed. The main bed was very hard but this is just down to personal preference. The hotel is huge so waiting for a lift as there only 3 took forever and often you couldn’t get in one. We were on the 10th floor so needed to take the lift.

Amazing stay

Pros: I really loved staying in this hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean with everything necessary to make your stay comfortable such as bath robe, slippers, hairdryer, iron, mini bar etc.., rooftop pool is amazing, the hotel is couple of minutes walking to the private beach.

It was fantastic we will be booking again.

Pros: Family small hotel so easy to get around comfortably on crutches. The location was perfect, the infinity pool had spectacular views, a great vibe with music & a bar. Plenty of eateries in the hotel to choose from. The staff were very kind & helpful.

Cons: Everything was great.

We were very happy with our room and the staff are excellent.

Pros: Ideal position. All of the staff that we encountered were very helpful and always happy to help in any they could.

Amazing hotel

Pros: Perfect location at the palm with amazing views at the pool

Cons: You must go early to the beach to catch a sunbed.
