Exceptional stay at the St Regis, due to the hard work and dedication of the staff team.

Pros: The butler service was exceptional, staff couldn’t do enough for me, they were highly professional and went above and beyond for my entire stay

Cons: Bath robes could be upgrade as some were frayed. Maybe more attention by the breakfast staff. Waiting for coffee in the morning could easily be remedied if they had a staff member stationed in beverages only

All inall, a very enjoyable stay! I wish we could have checked out later and enjoyed the hotel pool

Pros: Breakfast was lovely with multiple options available. The location was also great with the option to either sit indoor or outdoor. I wouldn't usually opt for breakfast included, but it was great food and great service.

Cons: The check-in time at 3pm was quite difficult when we had plans from 5pm onwards. However, we arrived early (10am) and they managed to accommodate an early check-in at 11am, which was most appreciated.

Brilliant start to finish

Pros: Fantastic from start to finish. Exceptionally well kept hotel with countless facilities and restaurants in close vicinity.

Cons: The hotel pools did at times do get impacted by wind, but beach club on offer was excellent

Pros: Great location, less than 15 minutes to MOE. Wide variety of restaurants, cafes and shops. The spa is exceptional. We had amazing treatments that was so relaxing.
