Rose Park Hotel - Al Barsha

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Rose Park and will use it again with out hesitation

Pros: Very clean, staff very helpful and friendly, also great location opposite the metro station. We used the hotel resturant a couple of time for evening meals and the food was great

Cons: some very noisy other guests coming back in early hours most mornings and disturbing sleep on a few nights.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Bikash cared for our room and was excellent. 5 stars.

Brilliant staff and location. Staff made sure we had a very pleasant stay all the time.

Pros: (1) Fantastic staff - literally everyone: reception/ restaurant/ concierge were absolutely welcoming, helping all the time. (2) Facilities: Big and modern rooms, heated rooftop swimming pool, Buffet menu for breakfast, In-room dining options (3) Travel desk: Thanks to them we saved at least 400AED on Combo tickets for 3 for Burj Khalifa + Aquarium entry, as compared to the combo offer on Headout website. (4) Location: Insurance market metro stop is just in-front of the hotel. Very convenient.

Cons: Absolutely nothing to complain. Everything was feel good.

Great location and good value

Pros: The location is excellent, right across from the Metro. Easily walkable to the Mall of the Emirates and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. The staff were brilliant.

Cons: It's just a shame that the pool is shaded at that time of year (January) by 3pm

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and silent room. Comfortable bed. We also tasted the A La Carte menu and it was delicious for all of us (7 people). Breakfast was also good. The pool was clean and warm in the middle of February. The metro station in the front of the hotel. Enough parking places are under the building.

Pros: Very close to Metro station, main road. It’s very good to have Turkish restaurant just next to the hotel. Clean room.

Pros: Staff was cooperative and room were spacious. Location is wondergul

Great location and fantastic staff.

Pros: I booked the room due to its close proximity to the Dubai Marathon start point. In terms of location, a tourist would love to be here. You simply cross the road and the Insurancemarket metro station is right there, connecting you to most spots a tourist would want to visit. Mall of the Emirates is just a short 10-15 minute walk, or one metro station away. Staff were so hospitable and treated us with the utmost respect. Also, probably one of the comfiest beds I've had.

Cons: It's not the newest hotel, or the largest hotel room but those may not really be of supreme concern to most.

Pros: Very helpfull and kind staff, location, confortable bed, breakfast, late check-out opportunity and also their surprises at check in amd check out.

Big Rooms, Great Staff

Pros: Aishwarya and Noor at the reception were superb. Aishwarya upgraded me to a suite and Noor was so kind during check-out. The porters offered us orange juice at the reception while we were waiting for check-in. They were helpful in getting me to my room when the card wasn't working and came back quickly to take me to the correct room after a typing mistake took me to room 615 instead of 616 which Aishwarya had upgraded me to at check-in. Now that I got to see 2 kinds of rooms, they're all quite big and spacious and comfortable. Less carpet and more hard floors (best for allergies). Bedding is also soft and clean. Sofas are great too

Cons: No drop-off point right in front of the hotel. 2 lanes road in front of the hotel and taxi has to stop in the middle of the road. No proper entry gate at the back.
