Pros: everything was great, big thanks to Zeeshan who was very helpful. for sure, when we next return to Dubai, this accommodation will be our clear choice

Pros: I felt comfortable in this room. Zeeshan helped me figure everything out 👏 worth it to live here

Pros: I like the Balcony view, and the amenities available.

Cons: it is not about the apartment, it is about the area somehow it is difficult to reach as Google Maps are not updated, so sometimes if you aren't used to the way it will be difficult to get the area.

Pros: Nice pool Good gym Reception guys friendly and helpful Good smell everywhere, nice big parking Overall here is all you need for good living

Cons: Rooms looks smaller, 2 people no more. Cheap furniture Not real plants in living room looks strange Absolutely bad/confused road infrastructure, even if you rent a car, Apartment near Burj Khalifa literally not too close , it’s a fail of this Shoba district, not fail of apartment owner. If you using city bus or something like that you will go around Dubai 40-70min Also for using shuttle service you must call to owner every time, not comfortable(anyway it’s good option, just personal experience) Not too much activities around district is not ok for sports people. No tennis courts, no big gym, no big park, no golf, no basketball or volleyball courts, not ok for cycling. You have small gym in your apartment place and medium pool, that’s it.

Cons: While Staying I Needed Some House Cleaning Equipments or Maintenance Services Often Other than that Exceptional.
