Jumeirah Residences Marsa Al Arab Dubai

Pros: We were travelling a lot worldwide and this one of the best and definitely the best in Dubai. The apartment is modern, large and comfortable and has everything you need inside. The balconies are big, the bed is large and comfortable. From the first day we arrived we had an excellent service and attentivness of the staff. The breakfasts and dinners in Commodore Club were perfect. Thanks to Diana and Daisy. The swimming pool is large, clean and private. The special, exceptional thanks to Gulnur, Carolina and Olga from guest relationship and also to the entire reception team of Residences. We had our marriage anniversary celebrating here and they prepared for us the unforgettable surprise, it was amazing experience!

Clue is in the name....the Residence

Pros: Warm Comfortable & Friendly, I have travelled a lot but not come across Staff like Marsa al Arab....you become part of their family when you stay here

Cons: Genuinely just the very hot weather but that's outside the control of Jumeirah

Pros: All of the staff were absolutely amazing—so friendly and genuinely made me feel really special. From the thoughtful personalised items I received to the welcome bottle of champagne, every detail made me feel like I could ask for anything. The team truly take the time to get to know you, which instantly makes you feel at home. The apartment itself was stunning, and I’m pretty sure I was upgraded—thank you so much for that! Waking up to stunning views made my trip unforgettable. Breakfast was 10/10 and housekeeping did a great job. I also loved having the choice between the main pool and the residence pool, and the complimentary buggy service was such a clever and convenient touch. Overall, it was an incredible stay, and I will most definitely be back!

Out of this world….a must visit and stay for anyone wanting that extra bit of luxury in Dubai

Pros: Хочется возвращаться снова и снова. Лучший отель в Дубае. Шикарный пляж и обслуживание, отзывчивый персонал, вкусная кухня, чистота. Благодарим за наш отдых.

Ottimo soggiorno in famiglia

Pros: Piscine, camera, servizio di pulizia in camera ottimo e attento a ogni piccolo dettaglio, lavatrice fondamentale per lunghi soggiorni con bambini.

Cons: Unico punto se si può dire negativo, Kids club a pagamento, in una struttura a 5 stelle che sia residence o hotel non mi è mai capitato in nessun paese nel quale ho viaggiato di dover pagare 150/200 dirham ogni 3 ore di Kids club oltre a dover pagare le varie attività altri 150 dirham ognuna. Ho viaggiato tanto, anche a Dubai frequento spesso altri hotel e il Kids club è aperto fino alle 22 e gratuito(fourSeasons). Per una famiglia con bambini per quanto spender soldi non sia un problema per un lungo soggiorno dover pagare ogni giorno dai 300 ai 500 dirham se non di più diventa esagerato per un servizio che solitamente é incluso ovunque. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

Cons: hairdryer was not in bathroom , hairdryer in room ok but where is no big mirror on wall

Absolument fabuleux et super relaxant.

Pros: Tout mais essentiellement la gentillesse de tout le personnel avec une mention spéciale pour Carolina, Fatine, Camila, Anas, et Biruk, qui par leur gentillesse leur professionnalisme et leur dévouement ont fait de mon séjour un séjour inoubliable. Un grand merci à tout ce groupe de jeunes formidables.
