The perfect hotel

Pros: Ticks every box. Great room, amazing service, huge choice of places to eat and drink. Beach is also fantastic

Pros: Fantastic Hotel and great location. Beach is best in Dubai. All staff excellent - beach and breakfast team was very helpful attentive. Special mention to front of house reception - great check in with Diana and follow up service and support was outstanding. Shimmers restaurant and Sumer salt highly recommended in addition to the Blind Tiger bar.

Pros: I came back to the same hotel, ver good beach, Room , facilities in general, everything is very detailistic, has all amenities , good restaurants etc

Cons: Very difficult to connect to the reception and concierge as there is a general operator. I got an early check in but because noone reached out to me I arrived at 3 PM after landing Dubai at 7 AM

Amazing stay, we’ll be back again!

Pros: Beautiful property, amazing beach, excellent staff and service, we loved everything in this hotel and will come back again. Special thanks to Emad at breakfast and all other staff who made our stay comfortable and special. The quality of service was just top notch and you could see everyone working at this hotel genuinely cared for the guests.

Cons: The long walk between lobby area and our room. The view from the room was not great.

Amazing hotel, planning to come back.

Pros: Very clean rooms. The pools are great. The ambiance is attractive.

Cons: With breakfast there is often a waiting line which is not good for a 5 star hotel. Not convenient. Especially because there are NO good seats to wait.
