It’s a life time experience staying there!!

Pros: A hotel that’s a work of art. An exceptional staff, great food, and unique facilities. The suite we booked is the cheapest one, but I’ve never stayed in a more beautiful room in my life. In short, there are no words.

Cons: We were at the water park, and the wait for the tuk-tuk that takes you back to the hotel was too long.

Pros: Never saw a hotel like this. One of its kind. Hermes amenities, super clean, friendly staff, awsome Views from the room, everything was worth every penny. Ashraf was so friendly and respectful. Would love to come again.can’t find a single fault.

Excellent hotel and helpful staff

Pros: Excellent room and facilities. All staff very helpful, but the 'Butler' on level 13 was exceptional (Tomas) he explained everything to us and helped with anything we needed. He was very friendly and showed us around the whole complex. Easy access to Souk via free shuttle, very wide breakfast choices and it was an excellent standard.

Cons: Possibly Price, but you would not expect it to be cheap !!!! The only other thing was some of the other guests that were very arrogant, but easily ignored !!!

Amazing hotel with exceptional service

Pros: The staff from start to finish were amazing and they even upgraded us to the panoramic suite as it was our 25th anniversary. The room was really big and had a great view of the sea on one side and the city on the other. It was really nicely decorated and was equipped really well. The Hermes bathroom toiletries was a brilliant touch. We had food in our rooms for 2 nights due to coming back late from our tours. This was really nice and food was all freshly made. The breakfast was exceptional and everything seemed such high quality. The saying that this is a 7 star hotel is very true.

This place feels like a good deal. It's the only place where you get more than you pay for.

Pros: Definitely better quality than what you pay for. All the staff are friendly and will help with any problems you may have. For example, I had a headache and asked if they had any headache medicine, and they brought it to me. This hotel definitely has everything for the comfort of its guests. The pool is beautiful, the views from the rooms are great, and the location is unmatched. There are plenty of restaurants. The souvenirs are also great!

Cons: It would be better if they opened the car doors for you when you arrived and left, as other hotels have done. The reception was crowded due to the large number of guests. They forgot to take our breakfast order.

They surprised me with the most beautiful birthday setup, which truly touched my heart and made me feel so celebrated. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made all the difference during my stay. The breakfast, the location, and the attention to detail in every aspect were impeccable. This wasn’t just a stay: it was a dream come true. I can’t wait to return to this 7-star experience again!
