Pros: Great hotel and resort - excellent restaurant and service, excellent gym club and very nice concept of infinity pool on the beach so that you have the best of both. we liked also the e-Butler service always available by Whatsapp for any reservation / request

Cons: The sofa bed of 2 kids was a bit small in the room for our kids

Stylish, relaxed, warm

Pros: We particularly enjoyed being looked after at the Club Lounge that offers pleasant environment and views, and a good choice of food and drinks. A particular highlight was the care and attention extended to us by Shipu who went out of his way to make our stay memorable - so much so that we've now planned to go back soon!

Cons: Generally, the hotel offers good quality interiors and service - we struggle to think of anything to complain about!

The best place to stay in Dubai

Pros: Great location amazing range of restaurants pools and a 1st class beach immaculate throughout and an amazing view towards the burg…..I can’t see any reason to stay anywhere else….as long as you don’t mind that obviously it’s not cheap😀

Best vacation ever,and the hotel is a game changer.

Pros: The location of the hotel is great,the beach is perfect. Room is very clean with everything you need inside. The breakfast is delucious and the food selection was huge. Everything is just perfect. I would especially like to praise the hotel service and the staff. The staff are always available to resolve any issue you may have, they are incredible.

Great location and staff

Pros: We had the most amazing stay at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam! From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely flawless. Francesca welcomed us on our first day and was so lovely warm, helpful, and really set the tone for the rest of our stay. Every staff member we met, from reception to the wonderful team in the Al Samar Lounge, was friendly, professional, and always had a smile on their face. Our room was upgraded, which was such a lovely surprise and made the experience even more special. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly welcoming. We loved how close everything was from the private beach to the restaurants and lounges. The food at Al Samar was great, they were really attentive to our dietary requirements. Couldn’t be happier with our stay smooth service, great location, and an all-around unforgettable experience. Can’t wait to return!

Exceptional

Pros: The breakfast offering was fantastic and the beach was exceptional. The ability to use other group hotels and facilities was also a real bonus and Wild Wady was enjoyed by the whole family. The gym facilities also exceeded expectation.

Well Recommend Hotel to Stay at with every Needs Catered for in my Opinion..Woukd Definitely stay there Again ..

Pros: Absolutely Fabulous stay and everything we expected for Dubai. Rooms were Spacious and Excellent Condition and Location was Perfect

Cons: Nothing really at all ..If I was Nit Picking then it would be the Queuing in Particular for Breakfast a little Embarrassing but they did there very best to sort of the Issue
