Jumeirah Al Qasr Dubai

Pros: The beach. The food selection at the restaurants is amazing. Perfect service. Very good standing overall. Strong wifi everywhere.

Cons: Check-out process. It took 30 minutes and they charged 4 items on the bill I never consumed. Everything went well at the end but this was annoying. The rooms are a bit old. They would need a refreshing. Finally, both spas (sauna, steam bath) are really small. Like for 2-3 people max. This was very disappointing for a hotel of this standing. They should really build a huge spa.

Wonderful resort hotel with stunning grounds and beach

Pros: Beautiful setting, great beach and heated adult pool. Food is excellent. Half board option very good. Staff are very helpful and provide excellent service.

Cons: Club facility is underwhelming and not worth taking.

It was indeed ‘The Palace’ I would come back and stay here again and again♥️

Pros: The quality of this hotel is just excellent! From the cleanliness, the opulent design and great restaurants of multiple cuisines around the world! Amazing experience! The beach was so clean, clear water, you can see the fish swimming from Pierchic bridge. Swimming in the Arabian Sea was a bliss with Burj Al Arab as your background. We really enjoyed our stay here 💕

Cons: Our first day, the receptionist brought us to the wrong side of the hotel, we were supposed to be in the East wing😂 When we checked out, the receptionist forgot to explain the extra charges reflected on my bills😅 I am guessing they are new😁 other than that, what a pleasure to experience services from Al Qasr hotel.

Worth every indulgent penny, adored everything!

Pros: Everything about this complex of hotels and Madinaat is absolutely stunning.

Cons: Nothing. I loved it. Especially the palace club lounge and staff (well worth the extra cost).

Breathtaking. Very clear clean beach. Beautiful Arabian Sea. Very elegant resort. Great restaurants. ✨

Pros: Our room was very elegant, we were welcome with Dubai chocolates, bowl of fruits and cute camel plushies for our kids! ♥️ The view from the hotel and around the resort was breathtaking!💕 I especially love our view from Pierchic😍 The water was so clear on the beach, I can see fishes swimming from the ONDA bridge! We had our first dinner at Laparrilla, the journey from Al-Qasr to Jumeirah beach hotel at night was just a breath of fresh air. Very romantic scenery everywhere. So many good restaurants with beautiful views next to the Arabian Sea, definitely would stay here again! 😁

Cons: The only hiccup was when we checkout, the receptionist didn’t take her time to explain thoroughly additional charges made, I assumed she was new, but other than that, a great hotel and experience for me and my family, Syukur Alhamdulillah 🥰

Superb

Pros: superb, fantastic location, you feel like you're in a resort on an island, quiet, everything is in place, you have shops, a bazaar, many and diverse restaurants, you can walk to all 4 other hotels, boat ride, beach, kindness (the reception needs to work a little more on efficiency and kindness, but there is a real need for a night concierge, I forgot my phone in the car that took me from the airport and they were totally overwhelmed by the situation, they didn't want to help me except with big requests, the manager told me he would look into the case and bring me the phone the next day, and of course the phone had to be recovered as soon as possible)

Cons: night concierge would be needed. It would be better if the bill was not brought to the beach without being requested and long before the beach closes - at 3.45 pm and without asking in advance if you want anything else

Amazing hotel great for families

Pros: Best location and best beach. Room was amazing, spacious and bed was big and comfortable. Great breakfasts, great kids pool area and the kids club which accepts children from 2 years old. There are so many good restaurants in and around the hotel all child friendly. We also loved the Abra boat rides and the souk on site.

Cons: We felt there wasn’t enough waiting staff around pool and beach at times, we waited sometimes over 15minutes for pool service maybe the bell wasn’t working. The main pool needs repairing as a lot of tiles had come off.

10/10 Cannot compliment enough

Pros: Everything. Beautiful location, stunning hotel, staff are amazing. This was my fourth stay there. Be prepared to put on weight, the breakfast is outstanding!

Cons: Nothing at all

Al Qasr is a perfect place to stay and is my 'happy place'.

Pros: We have stayed here 3 times and have been to Dubai 11 times and what we like is the standard of service and the quality of the resort. We visited Dubai in the middle of September 2025, due to a cancellation of our holiday in Turkey and the alternative, unfortunately was to the Amwaj Rotana. This hotel was never a 5 star hotel and we decided to return to Al Qasr, so we spent 3 nights there. This is our favourite hotel at Madinat Jumeriah and we have stayed in all the hotels here.

Cons: Quality and service, the friendliness of the staff and one particular member of the staff at Al Qasr remembered me as I did him, from 3 years ago. His name I think was Stuart, as I couldn't quite catch it properly when he was checking us in.

Overall, a very nice hotel and would certainly stay here again on the next trip to Dubai.

Pros: The entire resort complex is amazing. We booked a room rate with lounge access which was really worth it - the food and service were excellent.

Cons: The quality of the breakfast was very very good, but perhaps the room could be divided better so that it's a little more intimate / quieter.
