Pros: Amazing hotel very professional, staff where amazing polite and very helpful the hotel it’s self was also amazing very good value for money will most definitely be back when I come to Dubai and recommend anyone to stay here

Pros: New, clean, close to Emirates mall, metro and bus station.

Cons: Breakfast is good but can be repetative. Perfect for short stay

Pros: Amazing breakfast,clean room and super friendly staff (very helpful,friendly,professional)👌

Cons: One Really important thing is the loud sound from closing the door.It would be Really nice not to wake up Really early from the sound of the neighbours doors.

Good

Pros: Close to the metro and mall (around 10 minutes), a lot of supermarkets on the street and restaurants. The hotel has a rooftop pool which is very nice and they are also giving you towels. They give you everyday day water in the room, tea & coffee (refill). They are cleaning the room every day and changing the towels. The staff is friendly.

Cons: Breakfast !! I am not so picky at all, but 95% of the menu was Indian… only 2 type of meat and they were bad (a salami and some turkey sausage with no taste). They had like spicy options in the morning !? (but normal food European/American like?? 🥲🥲), no eggs or different type of breads, no meat, most food was vegan… We paid for 7 nights and basically went 2 times to get the breakfast because I got sick after the second time 😅 The sofa and the carpet in the room could have been cleaner and also near the windows.

Great value for the money

Pros: The staff was professional, friendly, and spoke excellent English. While the breakfast was good, the buffet options remained mainly the same each day. Although not a luxury property, the hotel is affordable, clean, and comfortable. It is also well-located near Mall of the Emirates metro and bus station and within walking distance of the Mall of the Emirates.

Cons: I don't know if it was a problem with our room, but the light turned off on its own every 15-20 minutes and we had to press the main power button every time to turn on the lights.
