Beautiful place

Pros: Very beautiful place, clean, very comfortable beds

Cons: While the receptionists were very nice and eager to help, it felt a little excessive when we were approached twice and asked whether we were checking out while we were simply loading items into the car and taking others out.

Clean relaxing vibes

Pros: Very clean, modern in a great relaxing setting. the cleaning ladies and Disena the security guy are the heart of this place. Always kind and helpful. The other staff are just there… The property is being constantly cleaned and up to scratch. Beautiful place

Cons: It is far from everything. If you want to go out you need a taxi otherwise metro is 25 minute walk. The property was surrounded with building work causing bit of a nuisance Constantly something going on in the garden from outsiders

Got nothing more to say, just blown away. And you need to try the barista.

Pros: Was one of the best experiences I had from Dubai. This has become one of, if not the one place I will come back to. And the catroom was amazing and the atmosfare when you enter inside the location is just another world inside Dubai

Cons: I didn't like that it was to good haha.

Amazing Villas

Pros: they helped me alot with stressful situations. the security guards where great. the staff also helped alot. I will definitely stay again.

Pros: As we arrived at the property we were greeted with the securing and soon found out his name was Dasani. What a man. Always walked round with a smile, nothing was too much trouble for him. Service and cleanliness of the property was at a incredible standared, the next place i say in will have a high bar to reach.

The personnel was magnificent. I would gladly comeback

Pros: The personnel was magnificent. It is hard to find a team in which everybody is committed to deliver a pleasant stay to their guests. Well, I think I found it. The security team, cleaning service, the cafeteria personnel, and the manager, everybody went above and beyond to provide a nice stay and they succeeded. I would gladly comeback

Amazing villa

Pros: Amazing villa and really helpful and polite staff.

Cons: Noizy villa - mates. Moreover not actually a problem but a tv in rooms would help reducing noise from people using tv in common area.

Loved the atmosphere and the people -such a positive, social, and refreshing place to stay in Dubai!

Pros: I absolutely loved my stay here! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming — everyone working here was super friendly, outgoing, and social, which made the whole experience feel more personal and fun. The concept of the place is great — modern, vibrant, and with a really good energy overall. The location is also perfect, just a short walking distance from Mall of the Emirates. Would definitely stay here again!

Cons: The cleaning could use a bit of improvement — I was missing some essentials when the room wasn’t cleaned for a couple of days. Luckily, the reception sorted it quickly. The gym is also quite small, with space for only one to two people at the same time. But overall, still a great place to stay!
