Very good value

Pros: Extremely good stay considering the price. Staff were very nice, rooms were clean, bathroom was nice, had good facilities (24/7 gym) and overall I had a very comfortable stay.

Cons: Location wasn’t ideal but you’re still close to Mall of the Emirates and plenty of shops around Al Barsha.

Pros: Over all everything was pleasant, I stayed on your hotel several times from the time it was newly opened, I like it, that's why I am booking it on behalf of my guests always.

Cons: While we book 2 adult and 1 child and if we mention in the booking as a clear message that please provide us extra bed for the child, or you must provide it, or inform us back in the email that it will be at extra cost, so that we know what is expecting us in advance, so that we don't beg for an extra bed last minute during the check in time, and extra bed price per night is 150 aed which is very expensive, the rest was perfect.

Pros: Cleanliness, staff are friendly, location is close to a metro station

Cons: The window view of the room, wasn't as good, but not a big problem

Friendly and accommodating staff specially Front Office they all did an amazing job.

Pros: The room is big, the cleanliness of the toilet and bath is wow, strong water flow and A/C in good temperature. Easy to get a taxi. So near to The Mall of the Emirates.

Cons: Slippers must be ready inside the room. When we requested it that's the time they sent it in the room.

Pros: Staff is incredible. Girl that works as a service at breakfast is so hospitable and always smiled. Breakfast is not the the same every morning, big plus for that. Room is big and cozy, you have everything.
