My stay was an enjoyable one

Pros: The friendly staffs always willing to listen and assist you. The rooms, the toilets were very neat. The daily supplies of consumables were also good, neat towels (both body & floor). It provided sink for even ablution.

Cons: The stuffy smell as you enter the room is not nice. Everywhere was very neat, it is probably the floor rug that is responsible for that stuffy smell. The check-in that was 2pm irrespective of when you arrive. I did not mind a temporary check-in, though subject to availability of rooms since i did not pay for that very day.

Great value for money

Pros: I had such a good stay at Novotel Al Barsha. What I loved most is that it’s super close to the metro station, which made getting around Dubai so easy. The only thing that I didn’t love was that the pillow felt a bit hard for me. But overall, I still enjoyed my stay and would happily come back!

Cons: The dining area did get quite crowded during breakfast time

Good hotel for a short stay but rooms need updating. Plus points it has many top class restaurants.

Pros: Good location. Close to Mall of Emirates. Great selection of F&B outlets. Very good breakfast, with plenty of staff.

Cons: The room furnishing & carpet is very grubby & worn (1119) Pillows rock hard. Old fashioned hairdryer in bathroom. If sunbathing, there’s no sun on the pool area until after 3.30pm.

Pros: Really like the location of the hotel, very near to metro station. Room were really clean and comfortable.

Cons: DIisappointed with the check-in experience at hotel. The front desk staff were noticeably rude Their tone was abrupt, and their attitude made me feel unwelcome from the start. In a hospitality setting, such behavior is simply unacceptable. Guests expect to be treated with respect and kindness—especially at the first point of contact.
