ASMA Hotel My Best Stay in Dubai

Pros: The Manager, and staff are friendly. Wr had come early for check, we arrived at 0800 and we were allowed to check in, hussle free

We stayed here for 4 days used taxis and Uber everywhere but good

Pros: Staff friendly ,, and helpful ,, nice rooftop pool with views and a good varied breakfast

Pros: The location of this hotel is near perfect. It is exactly 1 km walk to the Mall of the Emirares (15 mins of easy stroll), and the surroundings are not super busy. Plenty of restaurants around, including our favourite Hot Pot (in the same building). The breakfast, if you choose this option is definitely worth it, very healthy and nutritious. (plenty of veggies and fruit, mefiterranean cuisine) A/C in the room was very efficient and temperature adjustable. The hotel's gym is equipped with all sorts of weights and machines and can accommodate many guests, althought it's very rarely busy. There's a SPA and a swimming pool on the rooftop! Really cool if you want to splash and get some sun tan, but in no mood to go to the beach. Anyway, my overall experience with this hotel was nothing short of Great 👍

Pros: My stay was very good, starting from the reception. Mr. Mehmood, the Duty Manager, showed excellent hospitality and provided me with the room I requested. He deserves a promotion, as he is the best person at Time Asma. I have been coming to your hotel for the last five years. The restaurant staff member, Jenny, is also very good and helpful. I have seen her assisting clients according to their needs for the past five years. She is a true asset to the hotel. At the Front Desk, Tahir is always exceptional—a genuinely welcoming person. He is truly great

Pros: I ALREADY BOOKED THIS HOTEL DURING 7 YEARS THAT I AM TRAVELING TO DUBAI. MY REQUEST IS THAT THE MANAGER OF HOTEL SHOULD BE CONSIDER SOME DISCONT TO REGULAR CUSTOMERS.
