DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai M Square Hotel & Residences

Was a wonderful stay but being so expensive might not take us back.

Pros: The breakfast was awesome; simply outstanding with all possible options of continental and Indian. Secondly, the staff was extra supporting. I was given an extended stay at check out till 3 pm, which was very valuable. The location is also very good.

Cons: It is very expensive; the daily charges and restaurant charges are very high. They charge more than what is required and I think they should seriously review their charges.

Pros: Location perfect, shops and restaurants all near by as well as the metro

Loved it very comfortable and breakfast was amazing and the cookies on check-in was a cherry on top

Pros: Convenient and very easy to use usb ports different lighting settings late check out bag storage and weighing basically they fixed all the issues someone experiences in a hotel

Cons: Not all rubbish collection Done but that’s just minor

Best experience ever

Pros: Because we had to bridge one night, we stayed at this hotel — and it was incredible. Both the dinner and the breakfast were outstanding, and the staff were extremely friendly and service-oriented. The fact that no alcohol is served was the icing on the cake. It was the best hotel experience we have had so far. I would especially like to highlight Yassine at the reception, who is very personable, highly professional, and extremely customer-focused — an absolute asset to this hotel. Also Hubeib at the family pool, who was very kind and attentive to guests. He truly enhanced our stay. We would definitely come back again.

A beautiful location with everything you need with a great host

Pros: It was an excellent location. Marko was a fantastic host. Marko even got gluten free food for my son. He set up ice fishing for us

Awesome accommodation

Pros: Nice staff who can hear and help you Clean rooms Location perfect

Cons: Food can be improved better

Exceptional for business trip.

Pros: Exceptional stay. Was upgraded thanks to HH membership. Room view was exceptional (corner room). Breakfast excellent. Clean and well organized.

Cons: Room rates are a bit on the high side for the area.

Excellent

Pros: I have been to many hotels around the world and around Dubai, but this is one of the best I have been to. Everything was great. Breakfast was also really good and varied. We also got a free upgrade to a better and bigger room and thanks to the reception staff for that. There is art everywhere, wherever you look. I want to come back here again.

Cons: The only thing I found bad was that there were too few sunny spots at the rooftop pool. There were only 4 sunbeds in the sun and the rest were in the shade. The café group should be moved to the shade and replaced with sunbeds and the situation would be immediately better.

Pros: Location was within the city and excellent restaurants all around

great for a work stay

Pros: great staff, clean modern hotel with good food options in. location that worked for me and my work

Cons: pool, was shut for 2 days and not the sort of location you would holiday at
