Holiday Inn & Suites - Dubai Science Park by IHG

Quiet and Pleasant Stay

Pros: Reception staff were helpful, gave proper attention, and resolve queries. Cleaning staff were polite and respectful, do their work dedicatedly Hassle free Check-In and Check-out experience Wifi connectivity Gym workout sessions were good Dining at Room has a great menu to choose meals

Cons: TV was not showing Youtube/Netflix/Amazon Prime apps, Android TV can be good option to be available in the room, Hair comb in the bathroom was missing Electric switch point was not able to connect with hair dryer inside the bathroom near basin No staff present near Sauna and Steam rooms TV inside the gym should have workout or fitness related videos to be played instead of news. I was not able to change the videos or play workout music.

Nice

Pros: The location was accessible to many tourists attractions and malls. The hotel was clean and breakfast had good variety.

Cons: For vegetarians, breakfast had limited choices. Maybe a much larger variety could help.

Great Stay

Pros: Hotel facilities are excellent and staff are superb. Despite the busy peak period they go the extra mile to see that all guests are taken care off with a smile. Honestly felt like I was at a 5 star Hotel.

Cons: Construction is taking place around the hotel as it is located in a newly developing area, slight noise in the mornings but nothing that caused a major disturbance

Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: I had a lovely stay at this hotel. I stayed alone and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with a stunning view that made the stay even more special. The staff were warm, professional, and always helpful

Cons: All was amazing

Would recommend to my friends to satay at this hotel

Pros: Front desk at reception was very helpful by making sure late check out.no one to call or knock I’m very grateful to him .unfortunately don’t remember his name.but remember he is from Algeria

Cons: Pillows

A comfortable, conveniently located hotel

Pros: It’s conveniently located for us. We love the Mc Gettigan’s there too. Friends can come and meet us.

Cons: The construction

Pros: Amazing stay! The hotel is fantastic — spacious rooms and an excellent overall experience. What really stood out was the warm and welcoming attitude of the reception staff. Everyone was genuinely helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was also outstanding. I’d especially like to thank them for their honesty and professionalism — after I checked out, they contacted me to let me know they had found a sum of money I had lost. I truly appreciate their integrity. Highly recommended!

Pros: Great room size Comfy beds Good facilties around hotel Esp the pub attached to the hotel was a rocker hanged out for most meets in and around the hotel premise

Cons: Location was amongst many placed being constructed but should get better and alive over that area turns good

We've stayed there before and we will stay again

Pros: Yes it's out the way but we love it. Our son lives 5 mins away so for us it's perfect. Pool area is nice, breakfast is very very nice. McGettigan's is a special place. Would we return ? We are, so See you all soon

Cons: There was a lot of dust from the site next door, not the hotels fault

Perfect position for what we needed, excellent staff .

Pros: Breakfast was excellent. The chef great, the manager attentive and organised and the staff on duty always polite friendly and helpful.

Cons: Needed a shaving mirror in the bathroom. That’s it.
