Amazing

Pros: I like the late checkout at 2pm and the walk to the local mall across the road. Lovely quiet area compared to crazy downtown

Cons: It was a bit noisy due to construction but kindly requested to move rooms which was done in minutes so thank you

Perfect with all all expectations met.

Pros: Breakfast is a value for money product, overseen by a first rate manager and professional staff who do anything and everything possible to ensure the hotel's guests are well looked after and the hotel's reputation is maintained.

Cons: My stay delivered on all of my expectations: from checking in to checking out every staff member was a delight to professionally engage with.

Overall a good stay.

Pros: I liked the breakfast buffet. The spa facilities like swimming pool, sauna and steam and gym. The reception staff at the lobby were friendly too and helpful. The lady at the massage desk reception was kind and friendly too. A guy named Roshan who came to clean my room was very kind and friendly too as we had a nice chat. Also the free shuttle to the malls and beach was very good.

Cons: The extractor fan in my bathroom wasnt working, it was just for show. The engineer came to take a look he said it never works for anyone. This was bad as the bathroom got steamy after a shower and had to keep door open. Not the kind of stuff I would expect at a hotel of this standard.
