Exceptional hospitality and super comfortable

Pros: The hospitality of the staff like Rubel, Josaf and others at the reception who took great care of us during our trip, the sky view from our club rooms was amazing, the free laundry service, the breakfast was good and the shuttle service added convenience to our trip.

Would stay here again most definitely.

Pros: We liked the communal areas such as pool, bar, lobby & restaurants equally as much as the room. Food was very good and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Thankyou Mohammed on the door for always having the biggest smile upon greeting us. Thankyou also to Nicole, Walter & Kelly on the pool bar for looking after us everyday!

Cons: The construction of other buildings around the hotel.

Lovely

Pros: Really great hotel, lovely pool area and food and cocktails were fantastic. Also lovely attentive staff, special shoutout to Kelly who was brilliant.

Cons: Only complaint is that I had been promised a special arrangement in our room for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday which wasn’t completed, but once I reminded them they did do this later in the evening and it was really nice.

Pros: From the doorman to the reception and the concierge, the staff made our stay absolutely amazing. They also helped us book at Soluna Beach Club which was an added bonus! Kudos to the management of this hotel, great value for money!
