Perfect

Pros: Everything is great. Rooms are huge, clean, equipped with everything you need, and staff extremely kind. Lobby has a lot of entertainment content and serves beverages, location is also good. We had several delays for our flight and they were very responsive and helping with all of our questions. Also at the end they gave us a free upgrade so my recommendation for this hotel!

Nice hotel for a few days stay but no longer

Pros: Situated in studio city, the hotel was adjacent to many nice restaurants and also the Irish bar

Cons: There was no sun on the outside seating area or on the pool so was a little chilly in January

Hotel has a great attention to detail, with exceptional staff

Pros: This is a hotel that has the traveler in mind, with plenty of places to store more than one suitcase and area to keep toiletries by the sink Comfortable bed, everything clean, and good quality linen and towels. A bonus having a laundry room for washing clothes. We stayed in a studio for 2 weeks, well planned layout and did not feel cluttered with a good size desk and kitchenette to work from. All the staff were exceptional, helpful and friendly. Especially the concierge who were always ready with a smile and greeting Judy our maid was particularly thoughtful, as there was a maintenance issue that I had not reported. Judy informed maintenance to fix it issue and she returned later to clean up any mess they made. I can honestly say this has never happened before, housekeeping being proactive regarding repairs.

Cons: The shower in the bath. For starters, is a bath needed in a midrange hotel, catering mainly for business people? But worse is getting in and out, thankfully there is a grab rail else we would have had an accident. Perhaps someone over 40 years should try this out
