Good Stay

Pros: Location was fine away from the hustle and bustle Easy to get to places Shuttle bus was really useful

Cons: Building works in the area Rooms could be more spacious for the long vacation I had

All the staff and services are very good also the food. We liked the position as well

Cons: There are buildings site opposite , very noisy and dusty

Felt adjusted and welcomed throighout my stay

Pros: The staff were especially helpful and what really made the difference. Special mention to restaurant(level 1) staff Priya and Dhyana who really made my dining experience so welcoming and at home, front desk staff Ahmed and Abdullah were also extremely helpful in seeing that my check-in and check-out process was seamless, alongi with advising me on how I could get around in Dubai. The housekeeping service was thorough and my room was tidied even to the fine details of ensuring area around my belongings are kept neat. I would highly recommend this establishment whether for work-business or personal holiday reasons.

Nice all round perfect to stay outside the palm and easy commute to most places.

Pros: Really welcoming hotel. Cleaners cleaned when needed, and staff always went above amd beyond to emsure a smooth stay.

Cons: There is a lot of construction in the surrounding area. There is only 1 toaster at breakfast, so it's worth getting another.
