Really nice hotel, lovely bars & restaurants, friendly staff, great happy hour(s)!

Pros: Close to our daughter! Good buffet breakfast Happy hour 3 - 7 everyday, we stumbled on it, never saw any advertising Nice swimming pool, warm! Lovely bar and restaurant on ground floor and nice Japanese bar and restaurant on top floor

Cons: Building work across the road! We stayed last year it was the same, diggers, Lorry’s and trucks reversing from 7am Mon-Sat No children allowed in the Japanese bar and restaurant, we were on holiday with our grandson , so only went on the 1st night Needed room key to use the lift except for G, 1st, 3rd. Problem was we were on 19th & our daughter was on the 6th, our room key would only let us go to our floor and vice versa…inconvenient !

Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at Radisson DAMAC Hills. The hotel is modern, clean and located in a quiet area, which makes it ideal if you want to relax away from the busy downtown vibe. The room was comfortable and well maintained. Housekeeping did a good job and everything felt fresh and tidy throughout the stay. I didn’t try the breakfast, but I had dinner at Lake Grill and also spent some time at the 27th floor bar. Both were great experiences. The food at Lake Grill was very good, nicely presented and enjoyable in a relaxed setting. The bar on the 27th floor has a really nice atmosphere — perfect for a drink in the evening with good views and a chill ambiance. The staff were polite and professional overall. If I had to mention one thing, it’s that the hotel is a bit far from central Dubai attractions, so you’ll need a car or taxi. But if you’re looking for calm and comfort, it’s a great choice. Would definitely consider staying again.

A relaxed vibe, freindly, comfortable hotel in a great location.

Pros: We loved the size of our room. We had 2 large balconies with great views. Very clean and well appointed. Staff are exceptional - kind, thoughtful and professional. We had an amazing delicious meal at Fire and Ice watching football on the big screen outside. Chilled. Great packed breakfast provided too, as I had to leave early for work. The pool and pool bar are superb. Location excellent - overlooking the golf course and fight next to the mall. Easy access to main highways too. Love it!

Cons: The seating in our living room was awful! Sofa and 2 small armchairs were really uncomfortable, which was a shame as everything else was fab. Also a small touch - we had room service one night and it was not good. Wooden picnic cutlery that broke on our burgers! Menu choice for room service was also limited.

Pros: The hotel was beautiful and very accommodating. I have to say I was taken care of throughout my stay. Samantha at reception was so sweet and always smiling and has some joke to tell. The staff overall was great

A Marvellous 8 Night Stay at this Wonderful Hotel

Pros: The food options and the various restaurants were very good and all the meals we tried were very nice. We enjoyed breakfast, plenty of options and it was all freshly made/cooked. The egg station in particular was good since I do love an omelette. The apartment was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable which is always important and all the staff were very helpful and very friendly.

Cons: I expected more from the breakfast. Pretty standard offerings.
