Park Inn by Radisson Dubai Motor City

Great stay as always see you in May!

Pros: Love everything about this hotel and always book when I stay in Dubai. It’s the staff though for me that make the hotel - Sharon, Jane and Stockton greeting my like an old family member really makes a difference when you travel on your own a lot!

Cons: I didn’t like the fact they have taken some of my favourite team members to Damac Hill Radisson. I wish I had known and been able to say goodbye to Su and Michael.

Pros: I arrived at 3am due to suitcase shenanigans at the airport. But the host granted me a late check out as I said I needed a good rest. What a legend. Hotel was clean and quiet. Will definitely use again.

Raju at the front office was extremely helpful and too cooperative.

Pros: If I had to pick one department that truly defined my excellent stay, it would undoubtedly be the front office. I want to give a special shout-out to Raju, the front office executive; he was exceptionally helpful and made a fantastic impression.

Cons: There is room for improvement in the housekeeping service to better match the rest of the experience.

Pros: Staff attitude and support, Ms Jane at the resption was very cooperative and supportive. Thanks Jane. Also theyvupgrade my room for free.

Cons: Late check out was not possible until 2 pm.

Pros: Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Special mention to Stockton, Sharon and Joanna for going the extra mile to make my stay generally enjoyable. And the security staff. Lots of friendliness.

Cons: The finishes are generally dated for rates charged. Had an issue with the malfunctioning shower fitting my entire week's stay. No normal coffee replenishment in my room for the week. Had to request this on a daily basis, and was given extra tea and decaf coffee, which I don't consume. Kudos to Joanna for locating some for me for my last night!

Pros: Excellent experience at the hotel, the place is very clean, and the service is excellent. I would like to thank Amr in the Responsion for his service and help. I'll definitely come back again.

Great location, good facilities

Pros: Good sized room, with fridge, safe and large bed. Nice to have a pool, gym and spa on the top floor of the hotel. Breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive. Convenient location with shops and restaurants below the hotel.

Cons: No coffee sachets on our stay. They had been ordered but had not arrived as yet. This is not a huge negative and would stay again.

Pros: The upgrade on arrival to a track view room. Thank you.
