Pros: Amazing room size, lovely helpful stuff clean room

Cons: Had to keep asking for more towels and cups everyday as there was 4 people in our room only had 3 towels and 2 cups only downside

22 hours in DXB on Business...why not

Pros: The Location is excellent, the restaurant downstairs was awesome, I enjoyed 2 days of lunch and dinner and for a pub the food was actually quite delicious. The staff were awesome and I would TRULY like to extend a THANK U to the security team. They truly went above and beyond as my car battery died in the garage 3 hours before my flight and the entire team went out of thier way to assist me in getting the engine started and on the road. If I could have extended another nite simply to properly thank the team and treat them all to lunch or something I would have. That type of GOOD PERSON behavior is better than just good service its being a good human being and thats truly appreciated.

Cons: Plenty of lifts and not really a problem but the lobby gets crowded with patrons heading to different establishments within the hotel itself or people ascending with plenty of luggage and the lifts aren't necessarily slow but they aren't readily available and for a high rise tower sometimes it takes longer than you'd like after wanting to just get to your room and lay down after a long day. Not a deal breaker at all just the only thing I could find if I HAD to point out something I didn't like. I will be staying here again. Oh yeah and for the size of the rooms awesome super spacious but TV should be bigger lol

Pros: Check for 3pm is very late; however they have always accomodated for early check-in and staff is very courteous and helping. Bathrooms are very nice, have an option of standin shower and bathtub both. Also the work desk is also very nice. Happy for the overall experience

Cons: I always have to ask for prayer mats and ashtrays even if I am booking a smoking room, that doesn't make sense for a five start hotel like this one.

Pros: The restaurant and it's wonderful views, the variety in the breakfast, the nice roof top pool with Dybai skyline views. The room was very spacious and super clean

Cons: The lobby was crowdy and noisy

Pros: exactly what i look for in a location and hotel . close to malls restaurants and shops of all sorts clean room perfect and it helped we got a free upfgrade to a suite ( not sure why !)must be good behaviour

Fantastic Hotel

Pros: From check Inn till check out the staff were outstanding in every aspect of customer service. This was my second visit & I'll definitely choose the Kris Kin the next time I'm in town.

Cons: Staff ia little rude they dint had even 30 min late checkout option Tv was old need to be smart tv so others can at least see nteflix or youtube there was nothing on tv
