Wonderful place to stay when in Dubai.

Pros: Its location, the space and size of the hotel was super easy to navigate. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much to ask. The food was great and breakfast fabulous. The pool staff were exemplary and nothing was too much for them and the area was kept clean and tidy. The spa was the best, the massage therapists were very experienced and knew how to manage all sorts of problems and make you feel relaxed and healed.

Cons: The music being played all the time in all locations.

Nice getaway

Pros: The stay, the race, the ponies for the kids, all of it was good the food was nice too and the staff do cleaning and front desk was nice. The valet also very nice. All around a family friendly hotel. Definitely coming again

Cons: The staff in the main restaurant could be more smiling and service minded they are a bit “stiff” I have been to other places where they really give good service. Some mistakes where made by ordering. Gets a bit to busy due to the race so order comes late and different in the outside sitting area. We ordered smoothie first some get it in a small cup then we ordered again and get it in a bigger cup.

Excellent looking forward to next year

Pros: I stayed here for 8 nights and found the staff really helpful and accommodating!! They made my experience really lovely. Got to enjoy the polo while I was there and had an amazing view from my room. Can’t wait to visit again next year for the polo. Even won an amazing prize at polo so was made up. As for the taxi’s the driver at the hotel made this very easy for me and matched the prices.

Pros: It was a very pleasant experience, on arrival we were greeted well at the reception by Mr. Kashif and Ms. Cherry. Room was very comfortable with great Polo Ground view. The restaurants were very lively in the evenings. Overall it was a great experience. Would definitely like to come again.

Cons: At the breakfast the staff was lesser than needed so sometimes the service was slow

Pros: Lovely hotel with great staff. Perfect for our visit as close to relatives as also only 30minutes from downtown and other places to visit. Also Polo grounds meant green grass around

From the moment I walked up, she greeted me with the most welcoming smile and a genuinely lovely personality. ​Cherry is incredibly helpful and accommodating; she handled everything efficiently while making me feel like a valued guest. It’s rare to find someone who balances professionalism with such a warm, pleasant attitude. She is a massive asset to the team—thank you, Cherry, for the wonderful start to my stay !
