Nice hotel but needs improvements

Pros: The hotel is modern and well equipped. The rooms are clean and the beach is certainly an highlight. Perfectly located close to downtown but away from the crowd. Good restaurant selection

Cons: The Breakfast was disappointing. The overall quality was just decent. Unfortunately the staff at the breakfast reception was unfriendly and not helpful which is very strange in a 5 stars property in Dubai hence almost unforgivable.

Pros: Executive Lounge second to none. Staff treatment/service (incl medicare in case of an injury) exemplarily. Very personal and charming approach with the goal to exceed expectations by all staff members.

Cons: Multiple music sources simultaneously in adjacent venues. Risk of possible Iranian military intervention impacts state of mind.

Gem of a hotel, great for downtown Dubai - exceptionally gracious staff.

Pros: A gem of a hotel, located perfectly for the beach and easy travel to Burg Khalifa and downtown Dubai. Staff were exceptional, always helpful and always a smile. Food and drinks great. Pool area chilled.

The best hotel EVER as a solo traveller 💗

Pros: Everything about this hotel was perfect. The room I was in was absolutely gorgeous and had every single amenity I could think of. The one thing that really stood out to me in particular were the staff. The room service staff were the KINDEST people I’ve ever met including the staff who are by the pool. This for me made my experience SO SO special. Not to also mention I went as a solo traveller and met so many kind genuine people by the pool too which was nice. By far this was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life!

Cons: I loved everything to be honest!

Perfection in Dubai

Pros: There’s very little to not like. One of the finest stays I’ve had at any hotel. It is the place to stay in Dubai. The hotel organised a birthday welcome for my daughter, Ekaterina from guest services is an absolute star. Netsu was an amazing restaurant we dined there twice - the staff again were amazing. The service levels at this place are insane.

Cons: Nothing.
