My second home

Pros: I have been staying at the four seasons jumeirah for more than ten years with my family. I came for a short 4 night trip by myself and the staff were so welcoming and friendly, the hotel feels like my second home. The pearl spa is fantastic and offers great facilities and the massage I had was amazing.

Perfect.

Pros: Apart from the hotel itself and its amenities, this hotel has the best staff, especially if you are travelling with children. Our baby and toddler were accommodated in the best way possible, which adds a lot of value to our stay as parents as well. Freshly made purees for the baby, diapers available upon arrival, pools toys and entertainment all around for our toddler. SUPER child friendly hotel.

Great hotel with amazing people!

Pros: Hotel approved the expectations! Excellent environment around hotel towards beach, spacious hall and rooms, calm, peacefull and high level atmosphere. Jou Jou is simply amazing and we enjoyed quite often despite good restaurants like Nusret, Scalini, Verde just across the street. Dedication towards kids is absolutely thrilling, shown in each detail, toys in the room, tent, welcome sign etc. Great cleaning service - words of praise towards Shabab. But also we have to mentioned Omar, guest service manager who is really doing his best and effort is visible every day. Words of compliments to Vitali, he did us one favor that we highly appreciate. Anastasia, Arman, and others at the Jou Jou. The lady who played with our son at the beach, the portuguease guy in the Hendricks bar, the new guy from bosnia at the reception etc. THANK YOU! We are coming back for sure but with one kid extra next time :)

Pros: Love how the balconies are very private, love how the fridge is up high! The staff were amazing! Room layout is great, could have done with a v small side table next to the bath. My husband thought the gym was the best hotel gym he has seen.

Cons: Noisy jet skis. A previous inconsiderate guest had been smoking out on the balcony & thrown cigarettes into the plant pot & on the ground ☹️

Pros: it all went well ... I love the 4 season it's Jumeirah my go to but I found a dead lizard in my room,, although they kept me waiting for almost 1/2 hour to get the room ready. hope this doesn't happen again. other than that it was amazing .
