Ramada by Wyndham Dubai Barsha Heights

Pros: Staff at check in were really friendly and professional allowing for a slightly earlier check in. Had a fantastic stay and will definitely stay again in the future.

Good value for money

Pros: I like the location as is not overly touristy. There are loads of local restaurants and supermarkets, and community park to sit, chill and watch the local plays basketball in the evening, a nice break from all the skyscrapers and malls. The hotel is pretty reasonable for the price I paid, not luxury but it has everything you need and it’s clean. There’s a free shuttle to take you to the beach, but be prepared that you might not be able to get on if the bus is full as it goes to a different hotel(s) to pick up people before stop by us and its first come first serve.

Pros: The staff were extremely friendly and went above & beyond. Duminda did a great job with room cleaning. Breakfast staff would pre-emptively make your coffee and reception staff were very helpful.

Pros: Hotel staff were very friendly, polite, helpful and approachable. Staff by the poolside and shop at the pool were also very friendly, polite and helpful. Bed room cleaning staff especially Mr Nurul Alam was excellent and I will give him 10 out of 10.

Comfy stay near the marina, metro and local amenities

Pros: The rooms were a good size. The beds were very comfortable and large. The pool was large, heated and was rarely used. I did not use the gym but it looked enough. The staff were very helpful and there was always a taxi waiting outside if you needed one.

Cons: My room on arrival really stank of smoke, it was handled and I got a different room but I felt a bit like they thought I was making it up. It is getting a little dated inside now and the location of the pool means no real sun but they are small things.

Golfing Week in Dubai.

Pros: Clean, Neat & Tidy. Incredibly good Customer Service & Attention to Detail with regards all requests.

Cons: The fact that I had to add an additional night to my original booking with Booking.com and the additional charges for the one night were RIDICULOUS vs the original Per Night Charges. Totally out of line!

Pros: Pleasent stay. Check in was fast. Mahmood at the reception was helpful in giving all information. Clean and spacious rooms and friendly staff. Good parking space.

Pros: This is classic Ramada nothing extra nothing less but just middle affordable
