Overall enjoyed the stay, and would stay again.

Pros: Room was a good size and clean. Breakfast had a good selection. Swimming pool area is nice, however it is unfortunately in the shade all day. All the staff are extremely polite and helpful. You can walk to metro station or there are taxi's outside the hotel.

Pros: Everything went well right from the time of check in to check out. We had bulk booking as corporate with meeting room booked for two days. All arrangements were excellent. Breakfast spread was excellent, sea food night was superb.

Cons: Selling of properties near reception lobby. The guy used to stop everyone and insist to see the property and buy as investment.

Pros: Our stay was absolutely outstanding and truly worthy of five stars. From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded all expectations. The gentleman by the pool deserves special recognition — he was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always made sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. His kindness added so much to our experience. Housekeeping was impeccable. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and cared for with great attention to detail every single day. Breakfast was another highlight — exceptional quality, variety, and presentation. The breakfast staff were beyond helpful, always smiling, and genuinely eager to assist. Their service alone deserves a huge star. Overall, the hospitality, professionalism, and warmth of the entire team made our stay unforgettable. This hotel truly understands what five-star service means. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a flawless luxury experience.

it was comfortable, amazing beds, two bathrooms, and a kitchen.

Pros: the room was very big, and you have everything you need. the breakfast is nice, and various.

Cons: the service at the pool bar, there was nobody there.

Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at the Grand Millennium Dubai. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and the facilities inside met high standards. The lighting, especially the warm tones, created a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Bathroom amenities were excellent — towels were clean, soft, and neatly arranged. Overall, this hotel offers a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

More than we could have hoped for!

Pros: Our entire stay at the hotel was amazing! All the staff were friendly and couldn't be more helpful from the moment we arrived. Whether it was booking taxis or answering questions about local amenities, someone was always on hand. Our family suite room was huge and was more than enough space for a family of 5. Everywhere was clean and breakfast had such a variety that we never went hungry. I would recommend booking at the Grand Millenium as it ticked all the boxes and more!

Cons: There aren't really any negatives about the hotel as we pretty much enjoyed the whole experience. We didn't eat in the hotel due to the cost but this isn't a fault of the hotel itself but more down to our budget.

Pros: Just fabulous. It was easy to the palm resorts and emirates mall. Food was good and the sports bar there was all okay
