Pros: Very clean and spacious apartment. Facilities were excellent. Staff were very helpful.

Cons: Swimming pool wasn’t as big and one was closed during our stay.

Pros: - great location - nice view from room - comfortable and spacious - friendly staff at check in- the receptionist gave good tips for food places - beautiful lobby area in main hotel - can walk to nearby park and cafes

Cons: - adding breakfast to the booking was a ridiculous price - almost £100 for 3 people

Wonderful Hotel in Fantastic Country

Pros: Everything was wonderful. They checked us in as early as 9am which was really surprising. The staff were really really kind and helpful, lobby was really spacious, food was great (even the room service), location was not in the central which makes it better as there are no crowds outside and still have some food and/or convenience store within a walking distance. To summarise, everything could not be better P.S. we can see Burj Khalifa directly from our bathroom's window which was awesome

Cons: I personally think that the elevator was a bit slow. One funny thing to mention; when we were in Dubai, there was heavy rain pouring 2 days straight (which happens only 1-2 days in Emirates in a year) and yes, we count ourselves lucky to be able to evidenced this things. And I think, it is the same case with the hotel as they are not well-prepared for all the rain and we did experience water leakage through the bedroom's window (which is like one of the most memorable thing happened to us in Dubai)

Pros: Everything here felt great. It was peaceful, clean, and calm. A perfect spot to rest during a busy trip. The hotel has a modern and calm feel from the moment you arrive. It’s a beautiful place built for guests to enjoy in comfort.

Fantastic apartment hotel in great location for families in Dubai.

Pros: The Hotel Apartment was great. The Apartment we booked was spacious. We requested Early check-in and the staff at the reception obliged. Very comfortable large bed, with large screen TV and sufficient kitchen facilities. WiFi was great. We enjoyed use of roof top pool, gym and spa facilities. The buffet breakfast had a wide spread. The Indian breakfast taste can be improved. The breakfast is usually very busy, so better to get in early. We also were able to park at this hotel. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Cons: The kitchen lacked dish washer tablets and washing up detergent.
