Comfortable Stay in a Central Location

Pros: The hotel is located in a central area with easy access to everything. The room is large, comfortable, and pleasant. It is an older hotel that is clearly undergoing renovations and still lacks some details, especially in terms of maintenance during breakfast and in the restaurant. There is also limited variety at breakfast. I found it a bit expensive compared to similar experiences I’ve had in the area. That said, the hotel was overall good, the room very comfortable, and the staff were friendly at all times.

Pros: Proximity to Dubai internet city, no frill quiet, comfortable rooms. Plenty of restaurants around

Cons: The music from the club in the building was a bit disappointing at the nigh time.

Good location, good grocery and food around, good amenitiies

Pros: Room was decent size and has all necessary amenities and if anything missing they bring it right away! Checking was fast and easy.

Cons: Better turnaround time maybe for getting rooms ready for check in.

Pros: The location was safe, there were restaurants and supermarkets. Bus stop 2min away.

Cons: It was too cold and we couldn’t control the temperature, the heating wasn’t working.

Pros: Have stayed there numerous times previously when known as Byblos Hotel and also since becoming the Social Hotel so location good for me also surrounding amenities and access to other hotels rooms well-appointed for its age restaurants now rebranded so plenty of choice also good price point except the Irish pub too expensive even their offers compared to previously the English pub Crown & Lion Pub

Cons: some of stay not customer friendly too stressed feed incorrect information granted a room extension time then on day called abruptly one hour before check remember be out by noon have 120 Russian tourists arriving also moving other guest so these Russians can all be on same floors
