Overall, I had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Pros: I really liked the breakfast, which offered a great variety and quality. The cleanliness of the property was excellent, and housekeeping maintained the room very well throughout my stay. Mirzan was especially friendly and very helpful, making the experience even more pleasant.

Cons: morning at reception was not very responsive.

Pros: Very beautiful hotel with excellent breakfast, only 5 minutes walk from the metro, The pool is situated on the roof, the 17th floor, with great views. There's also a veru well equipped gym and a very nice spa. The hotel is situated only 2 metro stations from Mall of the Emirates. We had a wonderdul stay at the hotel and we'll always love to comeback to it. Thank you dear staff for the wonderful time we had with you. See you soon !
