Pros: Very friendly staff, spacious and clean facilities. Very quiet location despite the constructions nearby.

Cons: That I had to leave.

Pros: The entrance lobby was fantastic and created a very welcoming first impression, and (Miss Tina) from the front office was especially kind, polite, and professional. She assisted us efficiently and ensured a smooth and pleasant check-in experience.

Cons: Kindly do the needful to provide extra drinking water, as the two small bottles were not sufficient.

Pros: Great value, clean, good service, breakfast is 55 Dirhams with egg station.

The place is beautiful, calm and clean, and all the staff are brilliant and smiling

Pros: The cleanliness and place are well arranged, and the toilet is clean. The staff is very cooperative.

Cons: Breakfast is acceptable because the breakfast menu is not renewable. And I wish if breakfast time was late. Until 12:00 at least I wish the hotel management to add channels on TV such as Netflix and other programs to watch

Staff at the ECOS Hotel were very helpful and professional which made our 4 weeks stay extra special

Pros: The staff were very helpful, efficient and professional. Especially the Director of Operations Mr Osama, Mr Saad the Restaurant Manager and his staff Mr Mahia and Mr Anjo, Mr Abdullah Reception Manager, Mr Nganya Celestine the Lifeguard and Mr Safeer the bus driver. These people and others made our stay for 4 weeks extra special Thank you Henry and Judy Room 617.

Cons: Nothing. The Hotel was exactly what you expect from them and their staff.

Pros: the room was clean and cosy , easy to find car parking around the Hotel , check in was quick but i was surprised that they asked to deposit 100 AED which is not normal in Dubai, check out was smooth and issuing the invoice with specific details was fast .
