Nice place to be for a few days

Pros: Nice room. Friendly staff! Breakfast is not the most diverse but quality and taste are good.

Cons: Limited parking spaces

Understated comfortable hotel

Pros: Really nice clean comfortable rooms and attentive supportive staff

Cons: My, the distance was quite far from our activities locations but at least the bus stop was just across from the hotel

Overall comfortable & pleasant stay

Pros: The room was spacious and clean. The shower, AC and fridge worked well. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and polite. They provided me with an iron and ironing board when I asked for it. There is a self service laundry room available with 2 washers and 2 dryers but I did not use it. It was a good stay overall and I would recommend it if you don't mind being far away from the main tourist attractions/sites.

Cons: - There was no 'do not disturb' sign to put on the door so I was disturbed every morning by housekeeping ringing my doorbell. I was still on UK time during my trip so they essentially woke me up at what was my 5am everyday. - Towels were very basic and threadbare - Spare toilet roll was not provided even though there was a separate holder for it in the bathroom, and then the one roll was not replaced even when it was almost finished so I had to call down to get some. - Public transport links are poor but this is just a Dubai thing. The bus from the hotel is infrequent and it doesn't stop at the closest metro station.

Excellent Service, Friendly Staff & Quiet Location

Pros: Had a wonderful stay. The chef was always full of smiles, and the duty manager was very responsive on WhatsApp, which made everything so easy. Breakfast had a great variety of food, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The laundry facilities were very convenient, and a special thanks to Hardik, who kindly assisted us with laundry washing issues. Anish was very helpful with my queries. The location is peaceful and quiet, making it a very relaxing place to stay. Highly recommended!

Cons: Iron board given to my room burnt my 2 dresses.

A great venue with great staff.

Pros: For us the location of The Manor is excellent as was the staff. Fresh smelling towels and pristine bedsheets everyday was an addition.

Cons: We needed an extra bed to be put in the room. Daily calls requesting payment instead of final payment clearance at exist was not pleasant.
