Wondeful helpful staff excellent service and comfortable beds

Pros: It was very clean and tidy floors highly polished. Staff were superb like to mention one staff member who was very helpful and friendly lady in restaurant area called Kisha.

Cons: I thought food was little pricy

Cons: Breakfast isn't that good for Europe.

Pros: The reception staff and room cleanliness are wonderful. However, I would suggest to the housekeeping team that they keep a dental kit and bathrobe inside the room.

Pros: It was well maintained with very spacious rooms and amenities.

Cons: The front counter staff were not very helpful, I have to ask for services multiple times/day to get it done.

I stayed with my 3 children; we got a suite. They loved it. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and many places walkable

Pros: The breakfast is really good! They endeavor to change it daily. So it doesn’t get boring

Cons: It’s quite far from the city but the metro is just a walkable distance away so it’s alright.

Pros: Abdullah looked after me well and cleaned my shirt ready for the F1 weekend, the staff in the restaurant were lovely and greet you with a smile. For the price it was brill!

A good hotel for its price.

Pros: Spacious hotel and rooms. Extremely friendly and attentive staff everywhere. Good breakfast.

Cons: You can't open the windows in the rooms, therefore no fresh air if needed. The fridge in the room wasn't very cool.

Pros: It was a fantastic stay. The stuff was really nice, beds were really comfy. Also the area itself is quite walkable and chill and the metro station was 5 min walk from the hotel.

Cons: For some people it might be quite far from the main Dubai attractions but it was right next to the metro station.

Pros: I stayed at this hotel before once and loved my stay. The current stay was also great. I must especially highlight the front desk's employees , Elchin and Fatih , who were very helpfull and professional. Will definitely return.
