Pros: Everything, the room was spacious, the facilities were nice, the dinner was excellent so we do recommend to take the half board if the visit in Dubai isn’t too short or the leisure schedule isn’t too tight.

Pros: The staff were exceptional. Always polite and attentive to needs. The room was spacious and everything was also kept clean. The late night room service was a blessing as we landed late and were hungry.

Cons: The location means you'll be getting taxis or Ubers everywhere if you don't rent a car. However, they do provide shuttles to take you to certain locations.

Pros: Khine and Steven are one of the most friendly front staff I've met, they are helpful and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable, the room was so quiet and overall perfect stay that am considering them for my next long stay

Pros: Nice hotel, but the best part was the staff. I had a car issue late at night, and ( Rizwan ) came to the parking area in less than five minutes and helped fix it. The staff were very understanding with my late check-out and even gave me a gift. Special thanks to Steren, Poem, and Nadhini. I would definitely come back because of them.

Cons: Soundproofing needs improvement, as noise from nearby rooms and hallways was noticeable.

Pros: Amenities, staff, food, service and hospitality was genuinely 10/10 Really appreciated all the staff

Cons: Sometimes there was issues with the keycards not working and would have to go all the way down to reception again to reactive the keys

Pros: Excellent Service at Reception I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Steven from the reception team for his outstanding service. He helped me tremendously with my booking and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was very friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Mr. Steven went above and beyond by offering me an upgrade to a better room with a beautiful view and improved facilities. This thoughtful gesture truly enhanced my stay and made it far more enjoyable. His dedication, efficiency, and positive attitude reflect the high standards of the hotel. I truly appreciate his assistance and would highly recommend this hotel, especially because of team members like Mr. Steven who make guests feel valued and well taken care of.

Comfortable

Pros: I recently stayed in Movenpick Jumairah village Triangle. The highlight was the view from my room 316 towards Burj Al Arab. The room we stayed was very comfortable and spacious. Shoutout to Steven at the front desk. He made the whole process very easy peasy. He is a very knowledgeable person. Recommended to us great restaurants, places to visit and specially where to park our car at the property. Breakfast at the hotel was exceptional. We stayed for 3 days and everyday they do change their menu. There are three restaurants at the property. All serves good food. Please remember it is much better to hire a car for this location. Parking is free. You are 23 min from downtown Dubai.
