Staff are excellent

Pros: Staff were wonderful - friendly, helpful, great communication skills. Mark's smile is very special - always a treat just to see him. Buffet breakfast was very nice

I really enjoyed my stay.

Pros: The property is very modern and nice. The location is very good. There is a mall and all amenities around. Metro station is very close. The rooms are very luxurious. Gym and pool are very nice. Aditya in the reception was very helpful and he helped me to extend my stay.

VALUE FOR MONEY, BEST LOCATION

Pros: LOCATION It's just in IBN Batutta area, so accessible, near the mall, near the train station. STAF Very friend and accommodating especially Patricia in main reception.. FACILITIES So.amazing lobby design. The room is not very modern yet but I have hears that renovation is on the way. RESTAURANT We had so much fun in our dinner and Joseph, Sam, Eduardo and Dimpy in Benihani Restaurant made it way better for us.

Cons: The AC is our room is not that good but still I had a very good sleep.

Pros: Fabulous hotel in an amazing location, ibn batutta mall was a stone throws away , which made being with a family truly easy. The apartment was spacious, luxurious and the cleanliness was on point. The pool and spa are amazing, you can lounge around that pool the whole day. The breakfast , in true middle eastern fashion, was a feast and the hall it is served in is a delight to look at. I love those tall lanterns hanging from the 8 floor high ceiling.

Pros: Nicely refurbished room. Amazing staff that try to help where they can. Biggest breakfast buffet I have ever seen.

Cons: One of the owners is quite hot headed and unfriendly
