Pros: Honestly the best thing about it is that it was clean . I love how it lived up to that expectation . The restaurant /pud downstairs was nice , the food really tasty . The service took a while but it's fine we weren't in a rush . Overall it was a good experience . Shreya was kind and accommodating as well as social . She is a cute gem there .

Cons: I didn't like the buffet , there was a lot of food but at the same time the options were strange. Overall I didn't leave there saying wow , for a 4* the expectations were a bit higher

Truly exceptional experience

Pros: This hotel is genuinely outstanding in every detail. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations, the service, the atmosphere, the comfort, and the excellent value for money. It was truly a memorable and premium experience I would like to give special recognition to Ms. Vhanesa and Ms. Moe at the reception. They are incredibly professional, welcoming, and talented. Their attention to detail and genuine care made a huge difference in my stay

Cons: You must have a car or using taxi
