Great Hotel with Big potential

Pros: I like the staff .. they were so helpful and accommodating.. special thanks to reception staff AHMED - IHAB - ROSE

Cons: The gym it needs some improvement ... Also the products or products in washroom i think you can do better choices .

Pros: Nice and quiet hotel It's 10 minute to ibn batuta mall

Could be a great hotel, is more attention to guest instructions

Pros: Very spacious, biggest and most comfortible beds, clean room, new ewuipment, friendly staff, great breakfast, 16meter pool and well equiped workout gim open until late. Fairly priced

Cons: Location at bit far from main atyraction, if using public transport like metro 1h walk+ride. Hot shower water always heated, but quantity lasts 5 minutes only..then wait for reheat. No light in bathroom at night, had to use with phone light... even though we complained after the 1st night it happened also on the 2nd night. Only on 3rd day we were sent a maintance guy who explaind i closed a room-electricity switch, situated near lamp light, when got to bad. And it disconnected sll lights.. This switch should be explaned to arriving guests, or by receptionists to complaining guests... and this switch should be beter marked for distingishing.

Pros: Staff are exceptional, facilities very clean and rooms are spacious

Pros: I loved how spacious the rooms are and the facilities in the room are brilliant. There is a lot of care for the small details. It is also close to a lot of shops and it is in a quiet area. The staff are amazing, they were always active and involved. Also I like the diversity in the staff, if felt welcoming.

Cons: The noise of the corridor could be heard. I stayed in a non-smoking room and it has a faint smell of cigarette smoke.

Pros: Complete toiletries....ambiance is good ..staff is ver kind and accomodating.

Its very amazing,and worth money value

Pros: Spacious room , big bed , everything clean , very quiet , heavy curtains, good lighting, good AC , good TV size , big closed

Pros: I was able to checkin in early, which is very good for me. Staff are also very attentive and fast with request. Housekeeping staff Akmal was friendly and said good morning to us when he saw.

Cons: So far enjoyed my stays.
