Pros: Excellent location , good breakfast and helpful staff

Pros: Everyone are very nice, environment is comfortable.

Cons: The breakfast area is quite small.

Well, it was a great hotel to stay.

Pros: Location was good, rooms are spacious and nice. Staff was great at front office, housekeeping, bar and at the breakfast. Everyone was perceptive and smiling.

Cons: Breakfast variety was less. More variety of fruits and vegetarian options can be added. Space is one of the constraint that I felt and less people can sit at a time. Its kind of dark place where the breakfast undertakes.

Luxury stay with amazing city view and convenient location

Pros: Convenience to my exhibition venue in DIFC. I’m really fond of LE LABO perfume house. I had santal 33 in my bathroom but specially I asked room service to provide me ROSE 31 and surprisingly they provided me. That was the best part. Size of the suit was perfect. I like the breakfast timing which was till 11:30 am

Cons: The location is great but at night it was high traffic jam due to construction this time. Normally hotels call taxi but unfortunately hotel concierge didn’t help me to call the taxi instead they insisted me to get the hotel car which I didn’t like. Mostly where ever I stay the property call taxi

Outstanding Hotel and Exceptional Staff

Pros: A perfect hotel. The room was extremely spacious and very functional. The common areas are excellent, especially the pool area, the lobby with panoramic elevators, and the breakfast area. Breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of options, everything freshly made, and no issues at all with availability. My biggest thanks go to the hotel staff. Beyond being polite and friendly, they were incredibly helpful on our check-out day, when unexpected heavy rain flooded the road to the airport and made it difficult to find a taxi. The staff helped us find drivers and made our return to the airport much easier, which would have been very difficult without their assistance. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Pros: Stayed for two night was clean, comfortable and great location the metro is 2 min away.

Cons: Maybe they need more food services options like more restaurants inside.

Pros: The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Staff were quite friendly. Decent location.

Pros: The employees and the fact all are doing extra steps to ensure we have a good stay

Cons: I thought I’d get a view of the futuristic museum from the hotel but I didn’t. Not a big deal though.
